Andrea Jane Corr, MBE Andrea Jane Corr, MBE is an Irish musician and singer. Corr made her debut in the year 1990. She was her lead vocalist in the Celtic folk and pop rock group The Corrs along with her three elder siblings Caroline Sharon and Jim. Andrea Corr is an Irish artist, singer and actor from Ireland. She has been awarded the distinction of being a member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) and is better known as an active member of the Celtic folk and pop-rock group The Corrs. She sings and plays a variety of instruments with the group. Andrea began her career as an actress in the year 1991. Later, she became an actor and musician. She performed the playback in Warner Bros.' 1998 animated feature film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea is a truly multifaceted artist. She has six studio albums two compilation albums, two live albums, along with one remix. Her charitable efforts have also received recognition. Andrea is married to her stockbroker boyfriend and they have two kids. Andrea began her music lessons through learning how to play the Tin whistle. Andrea learned how to perform the piano under the tutelage of Gerry. Andrea is also an musician on the ukulele. Andrea honed her skills in music during her teenage years. She sang with her sisters, and eventually became the head of the band after a lot of practice. Andrea often performed in the school's productions. She went to in Dun Lughaidh Convent.
